Coming from the North/South of Middletown:
Exit 120W off Route 17 onto Route 211 West OR Exit 120E off of Route 17 East onto Route 211 West. Stay on Route 211 until the traffic light for Silverlake-Scotchtown Road. Make a left turn onto Stratford Lane. You will see Country Manor entrance sign at the end of the driveway. The rental office will be to your right once you enter the complex.
